Greetings, we’re Act of Love – and when the mood takes us, the Act of Love Unlimited Orchestra. Fasten your seatbelts please, this thing’s got a mind of its own…

Act of Love, from Brighton, England, have been described as “painting pictures with music.” As if to prove the point, the band’s tunes have been featured in film, radio and TV on the BBC and ITV in the UK and in United States, Europe, Japan and China.

After earning their stripes at the musical coalface, alternating touring and long hours in recording studios and with confidence born of a wave of positive feedback from both a solid following and fellow artists, Act of Love are full of excitement to see the hard work paying off.

The band recently committed to a six-month ‘push’ to begin to produce the very best music and industry reaction that they could. As the dust settled from the buzz created, Act of Love found themselves with options and decisions to make. After some deliberation, the band have now agreed a deal with Creative and Dreams, recognizing a similar energy and enthusiasm within the organization for music that means something, that touches your heart before you can think.

For their first release with Creative and Dreams Music Network, LLC. Act of Love are inspired by experimentation, emotion and energy but above all great tunes led by Simon’s unique, soaring vocals. Influenced by everyone and no one from Bowie to the Beatles, via Kraftwerk, Gram Parsons, Tim and Jeff Buckley, Prince and sweaty, banging Electronica – music of love, loss, the urge to cry and the need to dance.

The Love machine is building up a head of steam for the journey ahead, destination unknown but undeniably exotic and exciting.
