Biography
An Athens, Greece based dynamic jazz/world beat quartet
performing for the last 4 years all over Greece known for their improvisational antics, and their everchanging rythmic styles. On the photo above, Anakata are performing live at Jazz Upstairs in Athens.
Just released their 2nd CD with the title "Therapia" (therapy) with 9 original compositions. Everything was recorded down in a "live manner" without overdubs!

Anakata members: Dimitri Karayianni -> tenor,soprano sax,clarinet
Kostas Arvanites-> electric&classical guitars
Maki Boukalis -> acoustic bass
Serafeem Bellos -> drums
Our main goal at the moment is to perform as much as possible all over Europe
promoting our new cd.
