AND ANOTHER THING A scholarship got Katey Laurel to Indiana, where she studied French Horn Performance and formed a folk-rock girl group. She returned to Colorado to focus on songwriting, acoustic guitar and piano; the local media has been supportive (Laurel has been on Denver TV shows and she’s been heard on KBCO, KGNU and KRFC). “Begin Again” is another taste of her sophomore release, From Here.
