Biography
GLOBAL ROTATION aims to make the world a happier place. Whats more, this self produced solo techno act is well on the way. In an incredibly short 8 months, this act has amassed a following of over 12,500 fans worldwide, reaching the No.1 spot in unsigned charts twice and is a regular in the top ten of the popular Wildplum network.

With invitations to gigs coming in thick and fast from all over the planet, GLOBAL ROTATION is proving the point that real music fans have known all along. It isnt about the hype. It isnt about being an instant celebrity, gossip column fodder, short skirts and shorter attention spans. Its about the music, pure and simple.

And there is the secret of GLOBAL ROTATIONS success. Through instrumental music alone he creates atmosphere. With no language barriers to cross, his music speaks for itself. Tracks such as Eternal, the hauntingly evocative Night Vision and the brand new Sun Dance are inspiring ordinary people from all around the world. His creations have the ability to lift the spirit, alter moods and transport you to a different place and time.

GLOBAL ROTATION, like all true artists, started his career as the ultimate music fan. Immersing himself in the New Romanticism and Synth based sounds that defined the 1980s and 1990s, he spent his time hanging around DJs, just waiting for the chance to prove himself. Coming across a keyboard at the age of 21, he started to tinker. Amazed by the sounds he was able to create, the metamorphosis into GLOBAL ROTATION had begun.

It was a slow but satisfying journey. Playing in a band gave him the experience he needed to branch out on his own. In 1993, under the moniker Jordan Dash, he released the successful track Keeper of the Light. It was a charity single, written for the Royal British Legion and sold in NAAFI stores throughout Germany. It was aired on the Forces radio and TV network. But this was only the beginning.

Investing in new equipment, this enigma revelled in creating new sounds and harmonies. With influences such as Jean Michel Jarre, Gary Numan, Kraftwerk and Mike Oldfield, every track became a progression from the last. Finally, at the tail end of 2005, GLOBAL ROTATION emerged from the chrysalis. Fully fledged, he is now ready to fly.

With his new track Sun Dance securing airplay within hours of being let into the ether, the media are starting to sit up and take notice. Securing a place on the NMS 07 due to be released in the USA on the Tin record label.Far from being an outdated genre, GLOBAL ROTATION has developed Techno into a new art form. He is embracing the power of the internet to take his music around the world to the people who really matter, the music lovers. Negotiations are already taking place. Performances are planed for Festivals around the UK,

For GLOBAL ROTATION, his burgeoning success, however wonderful, is not the be all and end all.
I love to make people happy. If my music makes them want to jump around thats great. The world can be a miserable place for so many people. I hope that when they hear my music, it wont seem so harsh.

"Radio Creds" are votes awarded to artists by radio programmers who have downloaded their music and have been impressed with the artist's professionalism and the audience's response to the new music. Creds help artists advance through the AirPlay Direct community.

Only radio accounts may add a Radio Cred. One week after the track has been downloaded the radio account member will receive an email requesting a Cred for each artist they've downloaded.
