Under Her Spell
Under Her Spell
by Mark Robinson

The gypsy woman lives in a house on the edge of town
People come to see her, after the sun goes down
They walk down a long dark hall, and she gazes in her crystal ball
She tells them the future, and they’re under her spell

I swore that I’d never go back to the gypsy woman’s place
I’d stay at home at night, try to forget her face
I fight it, but I can’t win—in the end I always give in
I’m headed for her trailer, cause I’m under her spell

chorus
She’s got me under her spell
She’s got me under her spell
One look and then I fell, and I was under her spell

bridge:
The gypsy woman calls my name and she looks in my eyes
I can't look away, and I’m hypnotized
She touches me and then I freeze, and I go weak in the knees
I’ll do anything she wants, cause I’m under her spell

I don’t go to town anymore, I don’t see my friends
I stay with the gypsy woman and the night never ends
Until my dying day, in her arms is where I want to stay
I know I’ll always be, under her spell

chorus
She’s got me under her spell
She’s got me under her spell
One look and then I fell, and I was under her spell
