Biography

Hello, my name is muffy! I've been doing music since I was nine years old. Growing up in the church and singing on the choir, made everyone around me begin to notice that I was a pretty good singer who knew, and loved music! I love to write music most of all! Letting the beat and my heart take over me! It's like the beat talks to me, and then I start to write things so easy, so perfect! I love writing short stories, skits and cartoons! It's fun taking nothing and making it into something! This is my calling, what I'm sent here to do! I write music for everyone, not just your average artist stuck in a box!
About the mid 90's, I started working with Ed McCalister, a producer from Anderson, SC, by way of my management team, at that time. In which I collaborated with such groups as,"Badazz Iz", and the "Street Dreamers".
Also about that time, we created a song called "Put On Ya War Face", which featured vocals by major artist "Pastor Troy", that was recorded in Atlanta, Ga..
I started performing locally and along the South, doing shows and opening for Major artists such as "Trina", and "Mystikal".
I also did a small radio campaign of interviews for promotion, mainly on local station WJMZ-FM 107.3 Jamz.
Afterwards, I returned home to start working on"new"material,
and thus began working with artists of the "MillTicket" Label out of Greenwood, SC., owned by ex-NFL Player Ernest Dye. This is when me and artist "Seville", wrote the hit single "Walls Shake"!
Years later, I teamed up with L. Belcher, (also known as TimScott) Exec. Producer of NYCS Ent., where under, I have completed the "self-titled" album "Muffy", as well as my latest album entitled "Blue Money Radio"! NYCS, is also the home of my "Brand" & Label "Blue Money".
Me And "T Scott", ran a local radio station in Greenwood, SC for some time. WHZK 97.7 LPFM was a place where I experienced what it felt like to be "on-Air" everyday, interacting with my fans, getting "live" feedback and playing a variety of music as well as my own music!
Overall, I am an artist who let's her gift lead to her to many opportunities, the sky is the limit!
