Biography
Every now and then there is an artist who is introduced to the world who has that unique sound that people have been looking for in an artist for awhile. That unique artist is singer and songwriter Q-Hunter. This recording artist has been singing and performing since he was a teenager. At the age of 15, Q-Hunter began performing in various high school talent shows winning either first or second place but it was when he began college that he really discovered himself as a true singer and songwriter.

In 2006, Q-Hunter met up and coming producer Kervin"KB" Brown while working together and the pair quickly collaborated on what will soon becomce Q's first song to make it to radio which is called "The Good Guy". This song was entered into the 97.9 Jamz radio station "Battle of the Beats" competition and won five consecutive nights. After the entrance, Q-Hunter earned the title of "Battle of the Beats Champ" and also garnered constant radio airplay of the single. Q-Hunter has contiuned to record with KB and has branched out with other up and coming producers who are : EL-Bow Key for Beat Camp Productions and Michael Mahon for MIL entertainment. Q-Hunter co-produced his song "Please don't go" along with Michael Mahon which displays his versatility in songwriting and production. Q has also sang background in the David Peyton's "You Better put that Woman first" at the Davis Theatre in Montgomery Alabama in summer of 2007. Q-Hunter has also made regular performances at Montgomerys trendy "The Boardroom" showcasing original music along with performances at other venues as well.

Q-Hunter is a very versatile entertainer who's in a class of his own. His style has been compared to the likes of P.M. Dawn and Donnell Jones just to name a few who have actually inspired him as an artist. His sound is a blend of Neo-soul, R&B and Hip-Hop. Some have said that his lyrics vocals are reminiscent of those feel good tunes of the mid to late eighties. For those who don't know who this singer is, will definitely get a taste of what's to come very soon.
