Biography
Life and Florida, humor and retrospection, vultures and love bugs...these are the songs of Stephen Brooke. Stephen, perhaps accompanied by The Insolent Lads, may be found with his guitars (each affectionately named) at venues throughout the Southeast, performing a mix of traditional music, standards and self-penned tunes reflecting his unique and slightly off-kilter view of the world.

Currently, Stephen presents an entertaining, energetic and eclectic solo act, including childrens songs, acoustic blues, traditional cowboy tunes, and his own creations, both serious and humorous. He recently released an EP of Western music, Dust and Stars, and recorded a previous album of sea songs, Southern Seas, in the 90s.
