Biography
The quintet is supplemented with Kansas City Symphony string musicians and a great horn section that includes trumpeter Lonnie McFadden's first improvisational recordings. It includes the final recordings of bassist Steve Peters who frequently performed with Noel Scott's ensembles.

MOSAIC compiles a range of jazz styles into intertwining jazz era presentations that are artfully arranged by Greg Richter. Ranging from New Orleans influences to modern treatments of semi-contemporary literature, the ensemble exhibits the versatility present in today's Kansas City jazz musicians.
