Hunger draws the Ace of Spades, Loneliness has passed

Heartache raises Loneliness, who sees his bid
And Sadness and Hunger they stay in, just for the thrill
Yeah Sadness raises Loneliness, Hunger comes in over him
But Heartache he just smiles, pushes the odds back out again

And no one will get stoned with me, no one understands
When you’re playing cards with Heartache, you can’t make plans
