Biography
Singer, songwriter and reso player Glenn Gibson, has been a sideman in bluegrass bands for several years, his musicianship winning him fans with every appearance. A native of the Louisville area, Glenn first honed his skills on the Dobro and banjo as a member of several local groups in the Kentuckiana area during the early 1980s. Retiring from music for over a decade while he lived in Louisiana and Texas, Glenn resumed his picking as a reso player in 2001 after returning to Louisville in 1999.
Traveling across the USA, Canada and the Caribbean, Glenn has performed with award winners such as Dale Ann Bradley, Michael Cleveland, Tom Adams, Karl Shiflett, Marty Raybon and Charlie Sizemore.
Entering a new chapter in his music career, Glenn proudly debuts his first solo studio project, "When Times Are Hard."
