Recorded originally by Country Music superstar Lorrie Morgan in the summer of 1994. She sang this song on The David Letterman show.

Written with the great Craig Wiseman in Nashville, TN, on a hot summer night. DL was new in town and had carried the song idea around for a couple of years. He mentioned it to Craig Wiseman who blinked twice and said "I know how that song goes". The two got together that night and had a hit song on tape by midnite.

This one got me my 1st Gold Record as a songwriter ( it was included on Lorrie Morgan's "War Paint" album).
