Five
Five

So long ago across the land, across the snow
We’ve all lost friends
And so did I, let me think, it was five
Young souls we’d never see again

But we’re doin’ fine love
No tears in our eyes
We’re doin’ fine love
No need to cry, again

First of the loss, of a natural cause
Second, to cold black ice
Third, to a fight and fourth fell to crime
Fifth, an unforeseen plight

But we’re doin’ fine love
No tears in our eyes
We’re doin’ fine love
No need to cry for them

Stricken from the words and the news we had heard
That would not relent
So was their lot in life, but not forgotten
With these words I send

A dedication
In celebration
Of aforementioned
We recognize

All those departed
And broken hearted
Let’s lay you down right
Where our heart lies
