Biography
Careless Hearts are a five-piece indie/roots rock band from San José, CA. They have released two full albums, a 7-inch single, and a new EP called "Three Songs" scheduled for release on April 5, 2011. Prominent notes of country, folk, garage- and indie-pop in their sound have earned them comparisons to Drive-By Truckers, The Replacements, Old 97s, REM, and The Byrds. The band received national attention for a recent collaboration with Iggy & The Stooges guitarist James Williamson, helping him return to performing after a 35-year absence from the stage.
