Bimini (Blue Marlin)

BIMINI – Blue Marlin Rising out of the blue abyss in the islands of The Bahamas is Bimini, located at the end of the mysterious Bimini Road that some believe is a remnant of a man-made causeway, perhaps built by Atlantis’ own civil engineers. This is a spirited little settlement where anglers the world over must make a stop, and my time there is represented in this movement. The call at the introduction is to board the dinghy boat in search of the elusive Blue Marlin. The sheer beauty of the journey through these multi-gradations of blue waters quickly reminds us of the rhythm and sereneness of this little island that hangs atop the most beautiful underwater cliff.
