I wrote this for my dear friend, saxophonist Dennis Taylor. He passed after a gig with Delbert McClinton down in Texas.. had a heart attack and couldn't be revived. I think of him often,he was a great cat who loved baseball and soulful music. He was a true friend to me over many years.
