Biography
Evolution Eden is a 4-piece melodic rock powerhouse from San Francisco, California. The band is fronted by the tag team of Mike Pappas; lead vocals & guitars & Brandon Owen; lead vocals & guitars, along with the pounding rhythm section of Andy Hewett on bass and Jim Bove on drums. The band released their debut album “Story Road” in April of 2006. Evolution Eden quickly gained a strong following in Northern California on the strength of the singles “Walls of Wonderland,” “Radioactive,” and “Summer Nights.” Drawing from the Arena Rock shows of the 80’s, Evolution Eden’s live show is always a soaking wet crowd-pleasing spectacle of sights and sound. Currently, the band is in the studio working on their sophomore effort “Saturday Night Drive In” with legendary Producer Beau Hill handling the mixing. The first two songs “Sum of One” and “Centre of the Universe” have been playing on radio in the States and Europe. The response to these songs has been tremendous which has garnered interest from major and indie record labels. In fact the band will be featured on May 17th at an A & R performance showcase which will have representatives from Universal, Geffen, Interscope and more coming to see what the buzz is all about. The band plans to release “Saturday Night Drive In” in the Fall/Spring of 2009.
