Frank Gosman was well known in the industry as a writer and as a lover of country music. He also had many DJ friends who remember his label CSA Records. Frank's offices were based in Beltsville Maryland. His famous honkytonk restaurant, The Dipper, became the hub for country music stars and Grand Ole legends throughout it's 40 year history.
