Whoever thought she would be coming; I should have known anyway
Walking through the line of fire, quite out of reach I must say.

An ever burning desire strong enough to resist
As I see her walk by, my heart keeps raging on
Way down below red blue skies.

She moves me with her backbeat rhythm; she thrives on money and fame
I wonder should I take my chances or carry on with her games always recalling back then…

Memories take me back to finally see what it means
I’ve been living it up, ready and willing to please
Longing on for some place time forgot; could it be possibly real?

Woke up just to find I’m dreaming; I guess it’s never too late
Seeing through her plans at winning could be my big mistake.

Willing to find out a reason no one tried to explain
Better make the right decision or should I quit while ahead.

An ever burning desire aiming to be fulfilled
I might give it some thought; let her know how this feels.
