Jessica Stiles is an Americana recording artist whose releases have spanned classic country music, bluegrass/folk, and with her upcoming project, Rock’n’Roll. Previously based in the Pacific Northwest – Portland, Oregon to be exact – Ms. Stiles relocated to East Nashville, Tennessee in 2009 where she is part of a thriving Americana scene that has launched Margo Price, Aaron Lee Tasjan, Nikki Lane and other exciting new artists.

Her full-length release, The Latest Stiles has received international airplay, is on iTunes and Spotify and received positive reviews in Country Music People-UK and elsewhere.

Her latest project - with a new single “Black Jack Davy” slated for September 22, 2017 iTunes and Spotify release - combines her love of traditional music (originating in the British Isles, Scotland and Ireland) with contemporary Rock’n’Roll sensibilities. Stiles is on electric guitar and vocals, with Tim Edgar (touring musician with The Killers, et al.) on bass and Sean Oldham (of Portland’s Richmond Fontaine) on drums. Additional lead guitar by George Bradfute.

Black Jack Davy is a variation of one of the Child Ballads originating in the Scottish Isles (Black Jack David). Produced and arranged by Jessica Stiles. All Rights Reserved. Recorded at Big Red Studios, Portland, Oregon USA. Tracking engineer, Billy Oskay. Mixed by George Bradfute at Tone Chaparral Studios, Nashville, Tennessee USA.
