Learning to Play
As it is the last track of the album “LTP Learning to Play”, it couldn't be more than the final resolution of a musical journey, a journey that resolves to a bright song with lyrics in contrary to the dark instrumental and cinematographic atmospheric moods that predict the album until here. Trough the somehow meditative but simple and metaphorical lyrics, it is the epilogue of a self understanding process which leads to a simple realization... “learning to find the way back home”.

But who dares say that has found all answers... it's just a small step...

The opening of the song might recall someone Vangelis “Chariots of fire” as a piano sequencer unfolds in an atmospheric environment. As the track evolves and Lola Yannopoulou's vocal performance is introduced, a reminiscence of Enya and the 90's ambient and new age scene arises as a possible influence to the song. “Learning to play” is the third most engaged and popular song amongst all nine tracks of JJacob's music album “LTP Learning to Play”, aggregated statistics through-clicks on all his social networks where the album is available for listening (under a total score of more than 20.000 profile views and 10.000 plays for all tracks, December 2010).
