Scenario: It's the first night after one's love
has left. You're missing him with all your senses, each of which is mentioned in the song. The night is endless and you can't wait for the light of day.. thus the title, "Hurry Up Sunrise". Judy Welden performed this song at the Ryman Auditorium in the mid 90's; following a performance of Kitty Wells (who, by the way was not Judy's opening act!)
