This track is about change. It has some biblical symbolism, the title referring to the resurrection of Jesus in the bible story.

I gave up drinking alcohol and generally changed my life about 2 years ago. Before that I had been a bit lost and had no real direction. Meeting the right girl changed that and gave me the focus to make changes in my life I had wanted to do for a long time. Before that I couldn't see the point.

Now I look to the future more than used to, before I just looked to the past. Memory is a dangerous thing. We often romanticise the past and more often than not this is a false memory. I felt that my memory sometimes held me to ransom. Now I see memory as empowering, if you look at it clearly.
