Biography

Hey we're Sam & Anna a female guitar duo from Leeds and we have just released our debut EP 'The Serious Contenders' after growing up gigging in and around the UK. We have a wide range of influences and a general love of music. When writing our songs we aim to focus our attention on the masterful magic of blues guitar and the catchy melodies of pop.

We met at the age of 14 and 15 and began writing songs together, we then took these early songs to open mic nights, developing our music and song writing. 4 years on we're best friends and feel we have found our sound and are really excited about getting on the road and promoting our EP this summer.
