DEBUT E.P 'IT'S ABOUT TIME' OUT ON ITUNES AND OTHER ONLINE RETAILERS NOVEMBER 23

Born out of frustration for my environment when I was 16 I realised I wanted to connect with people through music. More than anything my music is about the human condition, our hopes, dreams, fears and my observations on the world. Heartfelt honest lyrics, catchy melodies and distinctive vocals are what I think makes my music stand out.

My influences come from a wide range of bands such as Coldplay, Keane, Ben’s Brother, U2, Stereophonics, Idlewild and The Goo Goo Dolls. As well as singer songwriters like David Gray, Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, John Denver and Tom McRae.

In early 2008 MTV made a mini documentary about me as part of ‘Get Seen Get Heard’ a program spotlighting unsigned UK artists. This was broadcast throughout April and May 2008. I was able to participate in this after winning a public online voting competition.

Through the strength of a demo and MTV exposure I was part of a 6 date tour of New York and Canada in August/ September 2008 including playing at the established Arlene's Grocery.

Now in 2010 comes my debut E.P 'It's about time' which has taken me a long time to finish for so many reasons, hence the title. Shows to be annouced.

I have been played on ESSEX RADIO as a up and coming unsigned artist and TIME FM East london as part of Oxjam. Internet radio stations UK UNDISCOVERED (http://ukundiscovered.co.uk) HOT TRACKS RADIO and NICKY B BREAKFAST SHOW (http://www.nicky-b.co.uk/)which is broadcast in over 40 stations,BBC Kent,Britsound Radio,Leith FM and many many more stations.
