God's Been Good

GOD’S BEEN GOOD TO ME


Well He woke me up this morning
And started me on my way can’t help
but get happy when I kneel down to pray
I thank Him for His goodness
His mercy and grace
Knowing He is with me every hour of my day

Singing God’s been good to me
I know God’s been good to me

Now He blessed me with my family
And a place that I call home
A job and a church where my faith he can grow
I am overwhelmed when I look around and see
The wonders of my Father who supplies all my
Needs

Singing Gods been good to me
I know Gods been good to me

He went to the cross of Calvary
To save a wrench like me
I who was lost with no hope of being free
He laid in a tomb for three days
Then He rose to set me free
I am forgiven – forever I’ve been changed
