Would you like to join WCHL, CMR Nashville, Wildman Steve, Wrecking Ball Radio and others as happy affiliates of The Tokyo Rosenthal Program? Of course you would. The Tokyo Rosenthal Program is a weekly syndicated Americana radio show, recorded before a live audience, with live performances. Hosted by award winning singer-songwriter Tokyo Rosenthal, this show is patterned roughly after the old Johnny Cash TV Show. "Toke" opens each episode with a couple of tunes and is followed by his guests, who are Americana recording artists from all over the globe. Tokyo and his guests always do a duet at the end of the program. Guests have included Milagro Saints, Wyatt Easterling, Andrea Connolly, Angela Easterling and many other great Americana artists.

The program emanates from The Pittsboro Roadhouse in Pittsboro, N.Carolina, adjacent to Chapel Hill, the hometown of James Taylor. The show is very "organic" and feels like old time radio. New shows are recorded every Thursday night and made available on Airplay Direct the following Wednesday. As of this writing the series is midway through Season #2. Affiliates can jump in mid-stream to the latest episodes, start with Season #1, or "cherry pick" if that's what you want. Each episode is 46 minutes in length with the remaining time for local avails. Segment break times for each show are available on the program info page. The shows also will run seamlessly without any commercials if that's your preference.

There is no charge for the program and we'll be happy to customize a promotional spot for you to run on your station or network. Just ask! By the way, the program has been renewed for Season #3 which will begin in January, 2015. So you can feel secure that if you like what you're hearing we won't be going away anytime soon.
