Biography
Taking their name from a word used in an Oscar Wilde poem, Whitestar have been building a name for themselves on the London music scene through their reputation of setting light to various venues with their particular fire and brimstone, spiritual rock 'n' roll. They have also covered the festival circuit after winning a competition through Virtual Festivals which included performances at Bestival, Get Loaded In The Park, and Beautiful Days. Whitestar also performed at Guilfest where an American Indian rain dancer joined them on stage as part of their set and promptly started a monsoon, with the sun appearing at the end of the song much to the appreciation of the crowd…..
More gig dates around London have recently been announced, details of which can be found on their website.
