Dave Adkins Continues to Dominate Charts with Nothing To Lose
(October 16, 2014) – Dave Adkins continues to dominate the bluegrass charts with his Mountain Fever Records’ album Nothing To Lose. The title track reached the coveted #1 spot this month on Sirius XM Radio Bluegrass Junction Most Played Tracks with the album at #4 on their Most Played Albums chart. The song is also #8 on the Bluegrass Today Top 20 Monthly Song Chart for October.

Adkins' tremendous vocals certainly shine during his live performances and on this popular album that radio continues to spin. Nothing To Lose is #12 on the October Bluegrass Unlimited Top 15 Album Chart and hit #1 again last week on the Roots Music Report (RMR) Top 50 Bluegrass Album Chart.

His original tune and first single release, “Pike County Jail,” is #6 on the Bluegrass Unlimited Top 30 Song Chart for October. The song also spent most of this year on the Bluegrass Today (BT) Top 20 Weekly Chart reaching #1 three times and spending 15 weeks in the Top 10.

“Tennessee Twister,” “Nothing To Lose,” and “Pike County Jail” all appear on this week’s Root Music Report Top 50 Bluegrass Song Chart. “Don’t Pray That Way” made its debut earlier this year at #9 on the Singing News Magazine chart.

Dave Adkins & Edgar Loudermilk, touring as Adkins & Loudermilk, are receiving well deserved attention for their high energy stage shows. Dave Adkins Continues to Top Charts with "Pike County Jail"
July 1, 2014 - Dave Adkins has not only been gaining attention for his powerful live performances and one of a kind lead vocals, but he’s also achieving great chart success with numerous tracks from his Mountain Fever Records’ album, NOTHING TO LOSE.

His original song, “Pike County Jail,” is #1 again on the Bluegrass Today Weekly Chart where it has landed in the top spot three times this year. The popular tune also appears at #2 on the Bluegrass Today Monthly Top 20 for July.

“Pike County Jail” was the biggest chart mover on this month’s Bluegrass Unlimited Magazine Top 30 Song chart climbing to #19 from its debut at #30 last month. The album moved up on the magazine’s Top 15 Album chart to #12 from its debut at #15 last month.

NOTHING TO LOSE also appears this week at #3 on the Roots Music Report (RMR) Top 50 Bluegrass Albums Chart with two songs appearing on the RMR Top 50 Song Chart - “Tennessee Twister” at #3 and “Nothing To Lose” at #5.

The bluegrass gospel track, “Don’t’ Pray That Way” just made its debut at #9 on the Singing News Magazine Gospel Chart.

Dave Adkins & Edgar Loudermilk are currently on tour including this weekend’s huge Pigeon Forge Patriot Festival held at Patriot Park in Pigeon Forge, TN. Thousands gather every year for this free July 4th celebration.
