Made For Each Other
Made For Each Other
Written by Rick Stanley and Donna Ulisse key of G

You like bluegrass music
You know what’s amusin’, so do I
You spend time at the Star Bucks
Now that’s just dumb luck, ‘cause I drink ‘em dry
You love half runner green beans
Well here’s a strange thing, I love ‘em too
And you can’t stomach small talk
I hold that same thought just like you
Don’t it sound like we were made for each other

You think yard work is borin’
Well, it leaves me snorin’, imagine that
And you need plenty of daylight
And I dread a dark night and that’s a fact
You say, in a month of Sundays
I use that old phrase all the time
And you add sweetner to sweet tea
Well, that don’t surprise me, so do I
Don’t it sound like we were made for each other

You bake cat head biscuits
I make a mean sawmill gravy
We both love black skillet cornbread
Ain’t that just crazy

You crave time by the ocean
I need the motion of waves on sand
You long for moonlight and walking
Boy, now you’re talkin’, here’s my hand
Don’t it sound like we were made for each other
