Chantal Allon is a writer-composer-performer who takes authenticity seriously. She has never sacrificed anything to the altar of fame and it’s too bad if her successes have often been private ones.

Her favourite themes are those of love and its associated joy and pain. She also likes to champion Man in the face of his existential problems and to expose the failings of a society that abandons the weakest by the side of the road. She tackles the most mystical subjects with astonishing simplicity and her lyrics become the vehicle of powerful messages. She addresses the Creator of the Universe, anxious to voice the silent protest of a suffering civilisation striving to create a new world that has been promised generation after generation.“Les chemins d'exil” (The Paths of Exile), her latest work, reveals the inner struggle of those who believe and those who doubt so much because of the apparently impenetrable silence from heaven in this world racked by violence and injustice.
Chantal Allon has written almost all the French lyrics for the composer and performer Robert Lauri and he has written and arranged all the music on this album.The Allon-Lauri duo has succeeded in creating a real osmosis between the lyrics and the music, giving rise to profound, moving and timeless songs thanks to an inclination towards sober and sensitive arrangements that leave lots of room for Chantal Allon’s vibrant interpretation.
“SINAI” is the first track from her latest album. She seems to have found an audience judging by all the interest aroused to date, which is encouraging.

Chantal Allon est un auteur-compositeur-interprète qui ne badine pas avec l'Authentique. Elle n'a jamais rien sacrifié aux " Trompettes de la Renommée" et tant pis si ses succès ont souvent été confidentiels.
Ses thèmes de prédilection sont ceux de l'Amour et de ses joies et douleurs associées. Elle aime aussi défendre l'Homme face à ses problèmes existentiels, dénoncer les dérives d'une société qui abandonne les plus fragiles sur le bord de la route.Elle aborde les sujets les plus mystiques avec une simplicité étonnante et ses textes deviennent le véhicule de messages puissants . Elle s'adresse au Créateur de l'Univers avec le souci de porter la plainte muette d'une civilisation en souffrance et dans l'attente de ce monde nouveau, promis de génération en génération.
"Les chemins d'exil" , son dernier opus, est l'illustration du combat intérieur de ceux qui croient et de ceux qui doutent tant le silence divin parait dense en ce monde bardé de violence et d'injustices.
Chantal Allon est l'auteur de la quasi totalité des textes français du compositeur et interprète Robert Lauri et il a écrit et arrangé l'intégralité des musiques de cet album.
Le duo Allon-Lauri réussit à créer une véritable osmose entre textes et musiques donnant naissance à des chansons profondes, remuantes et intemporelles grâce à un parti-pris d'arrangements sobres et sensibles laissant une belle place à l'interprétation vibrante de Chantal Allon.
"SINAI" est la première chanson issue de ce dernier album . Elle semble avoir rencontré son public tant l'intérêt suscité à ce jour est encourageant.
