In Josh Mottley's 2013-released CD, COLOR OF YOUR EYES, he explored the mind's need to grasp the depth of an overwhelming malady and to prepare, with the right frame of mind, for the challenge of overcoming it.

In his new CD, JUMP IN THE SUN, the theme is about setting the body into motion, the benefits of exercise and the motivation inherent in being active.
