Biography
A native of Florence, South Carolina, Stephanie Fagan began her musical career at North Greenville University in an all girl folk group named Flowers by Gert. Following college, she spent many months traveling the southeast as a solo performer, sleeping under the stars and on the couches of kind strangers. Her self-released first album, 2009's "Ideas for Your Earbone" showcased her maturing vocal talents and earned her a loyal and eclectic regional fanbase.

In 2012, Stephanie released her sophomore album, "Heart Thief," on the Yonder Music label (now Big Mavis Music.) Weaving themes of love, obsession, and regret, with difficult choices (and a drunk dial or two) “Heart Thief” was both a passionate and highly relatable collection of heartfelt tales. In the wake of the album's release, Stephanie was honored to be voted "Artist of the Year" by listeners of the popular Americana Radio Program, Country Fried Rock. Heart Thief was well received by Euro-americana radio, and in 2012 Stephanie spent some time traveling Europe, performing on radio shows in both the UK and Germany. Stephanie was also honored in 2012 as a nominee for "Best Americana Artist" by the Carolina Music Awards. In 2013, Stephanie returned stateside, taking up residence once again in her hometown of Florence, SC.

Over the years Stephanie's romantic and ethereal songs have been sought after for use in wedding ceremonies the world over. In response to a growing demand for a different kind of wedding tune, she penned four brand new love songs with "the big day" in mind. Stephanie and her production team of Missy Davis Jones (Producer), Ken "Dakota" Jones (Engineer), and Justin Banks (pianist/arranger), went to work once again at Southern Harmony Recording Studio in Florence, SC, on what would become a four song EP. Stephanie released the collection of alternative wedding marches, titled "The March," on June 13th, 2015, on the Big Mavis Music record label.

Stephanie's next full length album is also currently in pre-production, with an anticipated street date in 2016. The new record promises a return to Stephanie's folk roots, layered with both Appalachian and Celtic influences.
