New Single Release - "Run Secretariat Run"
“Run Secretariat Run” Single Release by Dale Pyatt
January 7, 2013 (Nashville, TN) – Award-winning singer-songwriter, Dale Pyatt has released the first single, “Run Secretariat Run” from his upcoming self-titled album releasing Tuesday, February 5, 2013. The song was written by Dale Pyatt and Charlie Hall. The song is now available to radio stations at AirplayDirect.com and for purchase at CD Baby where you can also hear music samples.
Dale Pyatt, who is a long time supporter for the Secretariat Foundation, performed “Run Secretariat Run” during the 2011 Secretariat Festival. Due to overwhelming response from the festival attendees, this original toe-tapping tune honoring the Big Red champion is also available for purchase at Secretariat.com.
The upcoming album, DALE PYATT features original Americana, Bluegrass and Country music by Dale Pyatt who collaborates with several acclaimed songwriters including Bill Castle, Mark “Brink” Brinkman, and Steve Thomas. Dale is joined on the album by the talents of: Jenee Fleenor, Steve Thomas, Randy Kohrs, Tommy White, Shaun Apple, Randy Brown, Nathan Thomas, and Daniel Grindstaff.
Dale Pyatt and Steve Thomas are the writers of the song, “Life Goes On” winner of the 2012 International Bluegrass Music Association’s RECORDED EVENT OF THE YEAR award. The song appears on the LIFE GOES ON album by the Musicians Against Childhood Cancer released last year on Rural Rhythm Records. This beautiful song was also released as a music video that includes the talents of Jerry Salley, Larry Cordle, Carl Jackson, Randy Kohrs, Rickey Wasson and more.
